Samples Test Lab
The best way to see how a vision system can solve your inspection task is to image parts in our test lab. Image Labs has the best equipped test lab for vision system development in the country. Our engineers develop solutions with this equipment daily and will know the best way to solve your application.
Lab Setup:
- Most inspections can be done on fixtures set up on our optical breadboard table
- Our class 1000 mini environment is perfect for testing clean room applications
- We have a conveyor available for continuous motion applications
Imaging Equipment:
- Our lab is stocked with many cameras including high resolution, line scan, area scan, color, black & white, infrared sensitive, high frame rate, smart cameras and others. We also have access to more exotic cameras like hyper-spectral and long wave infrared.
- We have just about any lighting used today in machine vision including LED, fluorescent, cold cathode, high frequency, ring, laser spot and lines, collimation and others.
- We have a huge selection of optics for cameras. We've built systems with fields of view of 0.3mm and as wide as a mile.
- Our development PC's have installed image capture hardware and analysis software from all best vendors
